When using images located on the interent, please
remember the following:

(MLA 6th ed. 5.8.6)When citing a
painting, sculpture or photograph from the web you
need the following information: the artists name,
the title of the work, the institution or the owner
of the work, the date of the work (if available),
the title of the web page, the access date, and
the URL in this order with this punctuation. The
MLA manual suggests that titles be underlined and
not in italics.

- When citing images such as graphics you need the
following information: the author (if given), the
title of the image, an identifying word: Graphic,
the web page title, the access date, and the URL in
this order with the following punctuation.
"Apples." Graphic. Fruit

- As all images on the internet are protected by copyright
unless otherwise noted, if possible contact the author
or copyright holder.
